Meet DeShaunté Freeman, Founder of fHRm
Freeman Human Resource Management exists because of the way DeShaunté sees people.
As an only child raised by her mom and dad, who dedicated their lives to helping young boys and girls grow into confident adults, she learned early that caring for people was not a weakness. It was leadership. It was a purpose. It was the foundation for every strong community and every strong workplace.
Her HR career began in college, where she quickly moved from intern to the HR lead for a team of more than 250 employees. What followed was more than a decade of experience across corporate HR, benefits administration, nonprofit work, PEO leadership, and compliance-heavy environments. Along the way, she kept hearing the same feedback.

Today she brings more than 15 years across corporate HR, benefits administration, PEO leadership, and complex multi-state compliance — plus executive coaching and leadership development — to every client partnership, helping small business owners nationwide lead with confidence.
